S&B Returns/Refunds  and Exchange Guidelines

Returns Policy- 

We will happily repair or replace the product or offer you a store credit for your return.

If you change your mind on a product you have purchased from us within 5 days of the order being delivered, you can return it to us for an exchange or a store credit, provided the product and associated packaging received by Skipper&Bingo is in its original condition/unused/and is re-saleable.


We do not provide any refunds for returns/exchanges 


We provide refunds only in case a query is raised with our Refund/Return/Exchange Processing team at the below address within 36 hours of opening the products. 


To process refunds on Prepaid orders


  • Please send us an image of the outer packaging in which our item was delivered ( courier packaging)

  • Please send us an image of the inside packaging to show the way the item was opened
  • Image of the damage or subpar product condition.

  • Send us the images on the email contact@skipperandbingo.com for our Refund Team to assess the condition

  • Based on the outcome of the query, Skipper & Bingo will be happy to process the refund. The actual courier charges will be deducted and the rest of the amount will be reimbursed.

  • Once processed, the refund and/or replacement will be processed in 5-7 business days

    The products whose refund is being requested should not in any way seem to be used or consumed.
